Pom Needs Transport from San Luis Obispo to San Fran

Breeds, weight, age: "Twinkle", Pomeranian, 5-lbs., 4 years old. Very sweet when not territorial, can be yappy and hyper. Twinkle will travel in a crate w/ water dish. Best he NOT be handled or taken out of the crate until he reaches Linda. He may bark and possibly whine and then again he may not.
