Can you fly up on Friday? We could still pick them up on Wednesday and keep them overnight, but would have to get them to you by Thursday pm as we aren't available Friday at all. Would that work?

Next week in addition to anytime during the week I could do the Ashland-Seattle leg on Saturday too if that helps bsgomi? Maybe you could get the kittens from cgaertner Wednesday, play with them for a few days then do your flight when you have time Saturday.

Hi everyone. Sorry for the delay. I'm trying to adjust my schedule to make this happen. A couple questions:

1. When would the kittens be ready to depart Palo Alto on Wed if we try to do this same day? If I could depart around 1pm, would that work for the other two legs? I suspect a 3:00ish arrival at S03.
2. If we can't do this until the weekend, could cgaertner keep them until Saturday morning?

I'm confident I can help make this happen sometime before the end of the weekend - but we're not set up to be a kitty household at the moment so I'm trying to minimize the slumber parties at our place. Worst case, I'll take them on Thursday evening, but I'm hoping for an alternate solution.

Thanks for your understanding.

my gosh thank you for all the help and possibilities. I'm trying to follow plans...am a little confused..:(

In any case as soon as a plan is in action please let me know so I can secure transport to depart in LA and pick up in Seattle.

Thank you!

For my leg S03-Seattle, 3ish Wednesday is fine looks like a good day for it. Basically just name the time and if weather is VFR flyable I'll be there anytime now through saturday afternoon.

Hi Michelle and all,

We are in for Wednesday.
Michelle, we will pick up kitties at NOON at either Van Nuys or Whiteman, and have them in Palo Alto between 1:15 - 1:30. Bgsgomi, is 1:30 ok with you?
Bgsgomi will take them from Palo Alto to SO3 for arrival @ 3:30.
Tomahawk49 will take them from SO3 to Seattle for Wednesday @5:30 - 6:00 pm arrival.

Please email the three of us to confirm and we can continue coordination there.

Thanks
Jackie

Bgsgomi, any chance you can do a 2:00 pm departure from Palo Alto - we are trying to adjust timing for an important conference call at 12:30.
Thanks
Jackie
