Additional info/situation: Bijou is currently at a kill shelter in Chatsworth. She's a quiet, sweet girl who's owner brought her to the shelter because they were moving. I can do San Luis to OAK or CCR. I believe there is another dog going North Sat as well. I'll see if we can coordinate with them.
