Additional info/situation: this is a dog adopted to Miami and returning to our rescue. He's been with a foster for a little over a week and we thought it would be very easy to arrange transport for him, but we have not had luck completing a transport and foster can only keep him a little while longer. He's a sweet boy. Very easy and well-behaved. This is our first PNP request as we understand that it should be reserved for special needs and situations, but we are just having no luck getting him moved. And we were hoping that our route is a fairly common one so maybe we could get a hand. Thank you in advance.

Meeting at airport is not an issue. His foster works in Boca Raton and is happy to get him wherever he needs to be. I'm just working on the Bainbridge end. Trying to find someone that can at least take possession of him if I can't find someone to be there when your wheels hit the ground. Thanks!
