Health condition: Healthy
Heartworm status: Neg
Vaccinations: Up to Date
Health certificate: Yes
Spayed/neutered: Spayed
Special needs: None

Additional info/situation: Dog is in process of being sent up forever home - needs to be moved to Knoxville for ride NORTH. The ride NORTH will be leaving on Friday afternoon late so we need the dog to arrive in Knoxville for overnight. WE ARE FLEXIBLE on the airport

I may be able to take the dog tomorrow from greenwood airport if that works out. My plane can carry 50 lbs behind the second row. I would want to leave early so I misd the thunderstorms that seem to be sparking up every afternoon.

THANK YOU Foes to Robert Kellett, MD for bring this beautiful puppy to East Tennessee. She will be going on drive trip toward the end of the week to her FUREVERY HOME!
