If you could get them to the Gainesville, GA airport, I could get them from there up to somewhere around Charlotte, NC. I fly a heli so they would need to fit in a crate like a Veri-Kennel 100 (21x15x16 or so) or smaller. Open most weekends. Let me know if that helps.

I'm located in Worcester, MA. If you can get them to NY area, I'll carry them to Beverly, MA.

OK, When is this going to get done, and who will coordinate, and what is the receiving party's contact information?

Just a guess here but many of the new folks are not familiar with how the forum board works. I have prompted some via private email and the reply I received was they thought that the messages would be sent to them automatically and of course they are not.

If the requestor or a pilot, either one, is not replying, it may be because they are unaware that they have to check the board to see these messages. I would send them a direct email and ask if you have the time.

ELLEN, as you already know this is a long flight with many legs to it. If, by chance, you cannot find a pilot for the VA to NY leg, perhaps you can locate a temp foster or an overnight for the pups and then ground transport them to the next location? We have alot of foster offers on the forum board but of course you would need to ask for references etc. for anyone you ask for help since they folks who volunteered on their own. Just another avenue for you to check out! Great work getting this lined up!
