Hello,

We are in desperate need to move a 4-yr-old cocker spaniel moved to rescue. He is a puppy mill dog that was dumped at a shelter when he was no longer useful. Right now he is in a kill-shelter in Penn Yan, NY and needs to go to a rescue to be rehabilitated. The rescue is in Westminster, MD. If you can help you will be saving this boys life. Thank you
