FILLED!!! Vacaville, CA to Eugene, OR or to Redding, CA

FILLED!! Thank you!!! We have a welsh terrier going to an independent rescuer in Eugene, OR that will be traveling by PNP to Vacaville on Sunday morning, September 13. We need to get her to Eugene, OR and have a foster home in Redding if someone can fly Vacaville to Redding. Redding to Eugene can probably be done by car transport, unless someone is traveling that way.
