Urgent need from Iowa to indianapolis

We have been notifed of a 9 month old Basenji girl pup in Dubuque Iowa that was an owner family turn in due to the owner having had a stroke. The shelter can not place her and asked us to take her. We have no contacts in Iowa and have until monday afternoon to get her out or she will be put down.
We are a rare breed and desperate to move her here
