Filled via Ground-Oct 10/11 Chattanooga, TN - Hagerstown, MD

Hi PNP Pilots
I have 6 - 10lb Puppies that I have tried to get up to Warwick NY I have Temp foster in Hagerstown, MD if I can get them up there I have Ground transport and PNP Transport as far as Chattanooga, TN can any of you help get these babies to Hagerstown from Chattanooga.........transport is set for Saturday Oct 10 they would arrive in Chattanooga at approximately 6pm so they would be ready to go Sunday Oct 11 in the morning.

AGE/WEIGHT/SIZE: 8 –10 lbs/10wks
SPAY/NEUTERED: No
SHOTS UTD: Yes
HW STATUS: Neg
RABIES VACCINE & TAG: (MUST BE ORIGINALS NO COPIES!!): Too Young for Rabies
HEALTH CERT (MUST HAVE FOR TRANSPORT NO EXCEPTIONS!!): Will have for all 6 pups
DEWORMED: Yes, Albon, Panacur, 9/8 & on going
BORDETELLA: Yes, 9/8
DHLPP:Yes, should have 2 shot before transport
Coming out of Shelter/Boarding or Foster Care: No
Has the Dog(s) been quarantined for 14 days or more: yes, from 4wks old
FEL/FIV (cats) Tested:
ADVANTAGE, FRONTLINE OR PROGRAM: Bath
CRATE/ SIZE OF CRATE: not sure if we should put all 6 pups in a 36” or 3/3 in 2 30” crates?
WILL A CRATE BE PROVIDED: Yes
OK WITH DOGS: YES
OK WITH CATS: : never been around cats a cat would probably scare them
OK WITH KIDS: YES
HOUSE TRAINED: In progress
CRATE TRAINED: No
TEMPERMENT TESTED: puppy play
SPECIAL NEEDS:
DOES THE DOG/CAT RIDE WELL IN A CAR: needs to be crated
ADDITIONAL INFO:
OTHER ITEMS BEING SENT WITH DOG/CAT: A box( maybe 2) w/things for receiving Rescue
WATER DISH: Yes, 3 Slipknot leashes will travel w/ 6 pups
