M shih-tzu: Jeffville, IN(47172) to Holland, MI(49423) DONE

HI folks! I need to get a young male shih-tzu, about 12 lbs., who was rescued from the Metro Shelter in Louisville, KY to his rescue in Holland, MI.
He can fly out of the Clark Regional Airport in Jeffersonville, IN(47172) and into the Tulip City Airport in Holland, MI(49423).
He will have his rabies and health certificate this Saturday, Oct. 10th so he will be ready to go any day after that. I’d like to get him to his rescue sometime between: Sun., Oct. 11, 2009 and Sat., Oct. 17th.
The routes are flexible. Often we fly: Jeffersonville, IN to Lima, OH and Lima, OH to Holland, MI. Or, Jeffersonville, IN to Columbus, OH and then Columbus, OH to Holland, MI. Or, Jeffersonville, IN to maybe Joliet, IL or Merrillville, IN and from either location to Holland, MI.
