CANCELLED 7 month old dobie kingsport TN to Pittsburgh area

Hi,I am based at KFFC,Peachtree city Ga.I have a small two place and probably couldn't fit both dogs.I am vfr only .I am off work on the 29th and the weather looks good so far.I have family in Pittsburgh so this would be a good trip for me to take.It would be great to take both dogs on one trip but I just don't think both will fit plus kingsport is right on the way.Lets try to work something out.

Jmartino, I don't know how to handle this other than to say set something up. If you cannot make it I will be the fall back position. If you do take the pup in Kingsport perhaps the folks in SRB can find some other pups heading north to that direction so I have a plane load.

Where this gets messy however is if the folks in SRB can find a planeload for me, then I can't take the Kingsport pup if you can't do it.

Yes,I agree .I tried to set up a trip to Texas for this past Monday and nothing worked out.I saw a post for some dogs in Knoxville that need to get to Ct. I know you may not want to go that far but maybe someone around Pgh. can take them further.At this point I would like to take the dog in Kingsport to Pgh.I will get in touch with the person in Kingsport to make sure it will work out.

How can I adopt the dobie? My male, red, 15 yr old, dobie died this past Feb. I am a widow, and senior. I miss him terribly. What is the process to adopt? I am on a little farm in NY with 7 acres, and a chain link yard for him. Anyone help? I can also foster if I am needed. I am near Binghamton, NY 13901

PS: I'm sorry I am listed in the wrong catagory, I am new here, and saw your commercial on tv, and my heart went out to all the saved animals, and I am just wanting to help in some way, even foster some pups, and I would like to locate the red dobie and give him a wonderful home.
