Dear Pilot's N Paw's Organization, Volunteer Pilots Jim Bordoni (KS), Bob & Linda Herd (MO) & Barbara Ruttenberg (KY),

Yesterday was truly an awesome and heartwarming new experience for me. I cannot emphasize the amount of gratitude and appreciation I have for each one of you and your fellow PnP's. I'm so truly humbled to be the benefactor of such HUMAN generosity as you assisted me in my rescue mission, that words of thanks just seem so understated.

Hopefully, we won't need to reach out for PnP assistance again for a long time: never the less, just knowing that such an awesome group of kind, talented and generous people have formed such an awesome organization to assist these deserving and often helpless animals seek both safety and forever homes is very comforting as we continue our daily efforts doing RESCUE. I know you all too, feel very strongly about helping in this endeavor or you wouldn't belong to this wonderful organization.

Although Kia was a scared little sheltie girl yesterday (10-25-09), I want to report that I visited with her mom Nancy this morning and she reports after a much deserved motionless (ha) nights sleep on the bed with mom and fursisters, Kia awoke to exploring her new home, eating, mingling with her new sheltie fursisters and already helping herself to her sister's chew toys, lol. Due to your generosity, kindness and only one day of confusion for our deaf lil puppy versus what may have been days to transport by ground, she's already settling in quite nicely !!! .

As soon as I get a few more photos gathered and edited, I will certainly share with all of you.

SO, from Kia's Forever Mom Nancy, Kia and the entire SheltieShack Rescue Family......

THANK YOU ALL.....so very very much !
