I might be able to help with getting this dog to Phoenix. There are many small airports near Edwards AFB, Barstow would be just a little drive east for him. You will need to setup a flight from Phoenix on, and someone to watch the dog overnight in Phoenix.
BTW - Please let me know and post the size, breed, special needs for the dog. That sometimes makes a difference whether they can fit in the plane...
