DONE Transport needed Manhattan Ks to Hampton IA

Hi,
I need to get a Fox terrier boy from Manhattan, KS to Hampton IA. The dog's name is Chance and he weighs about 30 lbs. He is being rescued from a kill shelter in Manhattan KS. We are hoping to fly him out of the Manhattan regional airport to IA. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
