Dobie Mix needs transport in VA for middle leg 1/31!!

Post by neen91878 » Mon Jan 25, 2010 9:56 am

In need of a transport for a 40lb Dobie mix girl from Shenandoah Valley/Weyers Cave, VA (KSHD) to preferably Tapahannock (KXSA) or Williamsburg (KJGG) this Sunday, January 31st. Need someone to fly her from KSHD -her first leg will arrive at KSHD at 11am and she needs to get to her 3rd leg at KXSA/KJGG.

Please let me know if you can help!

Just to clarify a little bit, this transport request is for first, or maybe first and 2nd, leg. Final destination is the Philadelphia area. I've offered to
pick up the dog at either JGG or XSA and take her to her destination and forever home. We're looking at possibly doing this on Sunday. I'm based at Ft Meade, MD (KFME).

Thank you Anna! As a backup option, I may need you to pickup from Weyers Cave & transport her to either Williamsburg or Tappahannock. Thank you for your offer! I will keep you posted. Tx!

Skywagaon-do you think you may be able to fly her from TN to Weyers Cave Sunday along with your other transport?

Skywagon & Anna - If we can pull this off on Sunday, would it be possible to schedule such that I could pick up the dog and depart Tapahannock no later than 2 PM? Anna - If you wouldn't mind bringing her from KSHD to KXSA, that would be a big help. It saves just enough time on the Philly leg to ensure I can get back to FME by sunset.

Christina - Will the dog be crated or will we be using a harness in the back seat?

She will have a collapsible crate & I believe a harness as well in case that is preferred.

Anna, do you think you can pick up at Shenandoah Valley Sunday & fly her to either Tappahannock or Williamsburg - Rhonda will be getting there at 11am?

Just spoke with Anna. She will fly the middle leg on Sunday, weather permitting.
Rhonda - if you'd send to my home e-mail address a note with type, N Nr and color of your aircraft, plus cell phone nr, I'll
throw together a rough schedule for the 3 legs, and will send it out tomorrow from home.

Cheers
