done-3-4 dogs: Washington, NC to Ocean View, DE area

We had ANOTHER mass "raid" of animals come into the local shelter of Beaufort County, NC, but this time I believe it was under 50 animals (vs the 130 in Nov). Point being, April @ Paws of Tomorrow in Delaware has agreed to help save 3-4 of our NC dogs again :) We just need to get them up there to her.
Can anyone plz help? As a reminder, this eastern NC shelter has been bombarded w/ animals the last few months w/ these "hoarding/puppy mill" type cases, in addition to the regular daily pet overpopulation problems. And although the shelter does work w/ us & do what they can, when they are out of space (kennels/runs) the only way to make room is to.... & BTW this IS a "gassing" facility.
We have moved Bucky, Abby, Jesse, Wilbur over to the local vet's office, Pamlico Animal Hospital, who ALWAYS pull through to help us in these desparate situations...but this is SPAY&NEUTER month where they offer LOW COST spay & neuter to help w/ the everyday pet overpopulation...so the vet's office need their space/kennels back for their spays & neuters. In other words, we must fly these dogs out ASAP!!! These dogs WILL be updated on ALL vaccinations & will travel w/ health certificates as always.
Plz help us if you can---weekdays, weekends, ANYTHING...we're flexible in SAVING as many of these dogs as we can, ASAP!!

This is the particular route we used last time that worked well---
Washington,NC 27889 KOCW - Georgetown, DE 19947 DE49

1 Lab 50#
1 Beagle 40#
1 mix 35#
+ possible 1 mix 20#

The Lab could be seatbelted.
That would mean 3 crates - 2 medium and one small-but not tiny.
