Alex, a sweet 6 year old wire hair fox terrier needs to get from Phoenix to his foster home in Boise. The situation is somewhat desparate as Alex's owner died and the relative caring for him is keeping him locked in a bedroom. Alex is a 20 pound dog.
Needs to fly from Phoenix, AZ to Boise, ID.
