Come Bye Border Collie Rescue aka APA of Southern Illinois, a 501(c)(3) organization, needs your help to get a young rescue female border collie to an approved foster home near Franklin MI this Saturday. If necessary, ground transport from Rolla to St. Louis (Creve Coeur or other airport) could be arranged. Also if necessary, Saturday afternoon ground transport from South Bend IN (46601) to Franklin MI could be arranged.
