PILOTS N PAWS

I have just arranged to rescue a 1 1/2 year old male German Shepherd from San Antonio TX. He is +/-80lbs so with a shipping crate will be very nearly 100lbs. The adopting agency is having him neutered prior to adoption and tell me he should be ready to transport on or about 11-13 Mar. If he could be flown from San Antonio to Newport News, Norfolk, Richmond, or anything within a couple of hundred miles of Yorktown, that would be hugely useful to me.
