Kansas City, MO to Portland, OR

Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy that currently weighs about 30 pounds needs transport from Kansas City, MO to Portland, OR. Puppy can travel in a 300 size crate. He is UTD on shots, but has not had Rabies due to him being about 3mos old. He will have a health certificate by the time of the flight. Due to the distance, this transport will probably need to be done in legs. Possible legs would be Kansas City, MO to Denver, CO to Salt Lake City, UT to Boise, Idaho to Portland, OR.
