We've got a rescue group that is willing to save 15-20 of our dogs but they're in Melbourne, FL. Some are adults and some are puppies. It would take at least 10 people driving 1-1/2 hours each leg with 5 legs needed just to get that many dogs that distance.
This shelter euthanizes every 5-7 days and these dogs desperately need to get out. We may have other rescues willing to take more if someone has room for more. Can anyone do a flight from Marianna, FL (MAI) to Melbourne, FL (MLB) next week to save them? It's only 288.49 nautical miles. I'll need two piloets - one going to Sanford,FL (SFB) and one going to Melbourne, FL (MLB).
If you can help, please e-mail Sue Bruce at email@example.com. Thanks for all you do to save our furry friends!
