PILOTS N PAWS

Transport needed from Charlotte NC to San Jose, CA (or any airport near) for a shih tzu who is 6 yrs old, can tolerate flight or ground, and is around 15 lbs or less. She was adopted here in CA and then given away to family in NC and they do not want her and we do not want her to go to a shelter! She is not in the optimum situation and your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am flying from Toledo, OH to Los Angeles, CA area the Saturday AFTER Memorial Day. So if you can wait a month and can arrange SC to OH and then So Cal to SF area, we're good. Just let me know.
