(DONE) Papillon from Topeka, KS to Flagstaff, AZ

Need transport of one Papillon from Topeka, KS, Forbes Field (KFOE) to Flagstaff, AZ (KFLG). This could be done in 3 legs or more, with changes in Amarillo, TX (KTDW), Albuquerque,NM (KAEG) and then to Flagstaff, AZ (KFLG). These stops are only suggestions.
I am the Asst. Regional Coordinator for PCART (Papillon Club of America Rescue Trust). We are a 501(c)3 organization. I am trying to get her to her new foster home in Flagstaff.
