DONE From Roy, UT (84067) to San Jose, CA (95128). Help ASAP

I have a little Shih-Tzu that needs to be sent to San Jose, CA ASAP. He needs surgery on his eye ASAP that a rescue org there is willing to perform for him. We live in Roy, UT. If anyone can help we would be so grateful. This rescue isn't my dog, but my mother's and I'm rescueing it from her.
