PILOTS N PAWS

Mandi is a sweet German Shorthaired Pointer that was found in the Lawrence KS Shelter.

Sadly, there is no room in KS for Mandi and New Jersey Rescue has spoken up and offered safe haven for this sweet girl and we would like to get her there as there is a forever home just waiting for a dog like Mandi. TINY girl that should fit in a medium crate if you have one.. we do not.

Proposed route (all legs are flexible as you guys know best)

KLWC-KPIA (279NM) Lawrence KS- Peoria, IL
KPIA-2R2 (162NM) Peoria, IL- Indianapolis, IN
2R2-KPJC (297NM) Indianapolis, IN- Zelienople, PA
KPJC-KBLM (278NM) Zelienople, PA- Farmingdale, NJ

I understand that this is a long trip and will probably require an overnight stay depending on planes flight speed and weather. As such, I would need to know more specifically where we are going so ground volunteers can be secured.

Liver and White GSP
Age: approx 1 year
Sex: Female/Spayed
Traveling with: Health Certificate, harness, leash, rabies tag
Fully vaccinated and will have Health Certificate and papers provided.
Health Issue: N/A

I might suggest a more direct route rather than Peoria and even out the legs distance wise:

KLWC to KIJX (Lawrence KS to Jacksonville IL) 235 nm
KIJX to KRID (Jacksonville to Richmond IN) 249 nm
KRID to KLBE (Richmond to Latrobe PA) 252 nm
KLBE to KBLM (Latrobe to Farmingdale NJ) 261 nm

I would be willing to take the final leg as I am based in the Phila area. Weather and timing permitting.
