DONE ~ Portageville, MO to Jefferson City, MO

Mercy is a very special German Shepherd girl who is currently at the Caruthersville Humane Society in Missouri. She has a home in Jefferson City, MO but I am having a very difficult time finding ground transport for her from the bootheel to the Capital City. The shelter is begging me to get her out soon because she is struggling in the shelter and truly having a hard time. Her Petfinder link is below.
