Greenville, MS - Albany, NY transport needed for 2 small dog

A rescue in Albany, NY has offered to rescue 2 dogs which are each blind in one eye! They have asked that I try to get them to the Schenectady County Airport in NY.
One of these dogs is a small Datsun-mix and weighs only 10 lbs. The other is a small adult and weighs only 24 lbs. BOTH have been altered and are FULLY vetted, with Rabies tags, vet records and health certificate.
