Transport from Indiana to Minnesota

I just received word that I will be having a transport from South Carolina to Indiana for a pet rescue. She is about a 2 month old border collie, not 100% on how much she weighs, a good approximate is going to be 10-25lbs. I live in Minnesota and would be requesting finishing transport from Indiana to Minnesota or Wisconsin and I can pick up from there. The most current information I have is that she will be leaving South Carolina Friday and will arrive in Indiana on Saturday. I hope to receive more transport info today.
