Here are some details that might be helpful to pilots considering this flight:

Roxboro is in north central North Carolina. It has an airport, Person County (TDF), with one 6,000-foot runway.

The nearest airports to Virginia Beach would be Norfolk International (ORF), Chesapeake (CPK), or Hampton Roads Executive (PVG).

From Person County to Norfolk is a pretty short hop -- less than 150 nm by airway.

I would like to help with this but work during the week and won't be able to fly on the next couple of weekends due to personal responsibilities I've put off too many times. I'll post again if it looks as though I could get a little time off of work.
