Catahoula mix needs ride from Houston, TX to Nashville, TN

There is a Catahoula mix in a Houston area shelter who needs a ride to Nashville ASAP. He's running out of time in the shelter. He's 7-9 mos old, 55-60#. Everything is set to save his life and give him a future except his transportation. If anyone can help get him out of Houston and into or near the Nashville, TN (or even Atlanta, GA) area, please contact me. Thank you for your help.
