Adorable puppy needs help getting from shelter to adopter. He is a Sharpei/Basset mix and is adorable. Has a skin issue that needs treatment--but it is NOT
either type of mange.

Please help--if this baby can get to Knoxville,TN tomorrow, he can have ground transport ALL the way home to MI.
