Oscar, a lab/catahoula pup needs a ride to the Atlanta area this coming weekend, 8/27 or 8/28.
Oscar's mom was rescued off a chain and he is trying to get to his final destination in Key West, FLA.
Please let me know if you can help Oscar get to the Atlanta area this coming weekend from East TN.
