Will die 10/8 --- border collie Alpine TX to Clint TX

Hi all there is a 2 yr old very friendly, very sweet, extremely well behaved border Collie in the Lampasses shelter and he will be PTS on Oct 8th if he does not find a flight to Clint. This is a major issues only because he does have kennel cough so can not do ground transport because he has to be kept away from others for now. He can not be overnighted or kenneled due to his kennel cough so if you can help move him on this date you would be greatly appreciated!!!
