Corgi From IL to TX 10/30

Post by shadeauxmd1 » Tue Oct 19, 2010 8:55 pm

Hi all I need to move a 9 month old corgi boy from Virginia Il to Austin TX. He is a sweet boy who is needing to be rehomed due to family circumstances. He needs to get out before the weather begins to be a factor as he will have to stay outdoors at his current home on a chain in the snow.

I am not sure how to break this down and any help would be appreciated.

Thank you all again

It's a bit of a long trip, but as a start I am based in St. Louis and might be able to pick up in Springfield, IL and get him back to St. Louis, or to Jefferson City, MO or maybe Kansas City, MO as a first leg. Does he have all health certs, vet/travel release paperwork and a crate? I assume the timeframe is somewhat flexible, as I can't do 10/30? This of course is always subject to timing, foster as needed and weather. Let me now if it starts to pan out.

Mike that would be great I assumed it might take 4 or 5 pilots to complete. When are you available? I will have all vaccination paperwork and can get a health certificate but want to wait to see dates as gealth certificates only last 10 days.

Thanks again

Hi Meagan,

I am based in Dallas (Addison - KADS). If you can get the boy to the Texas border, I can get him to the Austin area.

Meagan,
Other than 11/3 (which I could change If it were the only day for everybody else), I am pretty flexible from 11/1 - 11/10. Weekdays are best, but weekends are possible too. Feel free to email direct, it seems faster.

Mike we may have you move him to St.Luis on a Friday and the have everyone else get him moving on that following Saturday if weather allows.

Will email you once I can find the other St. Luis Pilots email and see if he can help get him to OK and the find some ok Pilots to help get him to TX as we have a ride from John in TX.

Thanks all
