Additional Info/situation: Rudy is well behaved sweetheart. A service dog. Rudy came with his owner Rhonda to Houston to visit her brother. While in Houston on Oct 5th, he was either stolen or got out of the yard (they could not figure out how he could have gotten out himself). On November 12th, he was found by a City of Dallas animal control officer roaming around Dallas! He had his tags on and the city contacted Rhonda. The city shelter currently has him. They are very full and euthanizing animals every day. Please help us get him to Virginia. The owner cannot afford to pay to transport him back to her. Thank you.

WE couldn't do it all ourselves, but we would certainly be happy to help if we can. Our base is in Nashville, John Tune airport (KJWN). W'd be happy to fly to or from Nashville if that helps.
