New Private Pilot with Question

Postby dhoppmann on Sat Sep 11, 2010 10:23 pm

Hello All,
I recently passed my private pilot check ride, and have approximately 100hrs. I am in the process of purchasing a Cessna 150 in which to continue my training (IFR), and would like to be part of Pilots N Paws.

Are there minimum requirements such as hours flown, IFR certification, etc. necessary before flying missions?

Any information would be helpful - I think what you all do is absolutely wonderful!

Thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave,

Thanks for volunteering.

There are no requirements for Pilots N Paws except the desire to help. The mission of PNP is really just to facilitate communication between those who need an animal transport and those who are willing to transport.

Look at some of the requests on the board and see if you can help out. You can also see a graphical view of the transport requests at www.pilotsnpaws.org/maps
