Momma Labrador & 7 pups (7 weeks old currently)

Post by 3mtnlabbie » Fri Dec 25, 2009 10:43 pm

St. John the Baptist Parish Animal Shelter has a mother lab that gave birth to 7 puppies on 11/7/09 that have all managed to survive the past 7 weeks alive and now are running out of time before they are put to sleep.

They are too young to travel via the transport regularly used from the mid-west until they are 8 weeks w/ two rounds of shots. We don't have that much time...

I can go basically to the Kansas boarder around I-70 to pick up if available or anywhere in Denver, Boulder, the front range.

Please, please, help if you can for any portion and maybe we can get a few legs together if this is too far for one person. Many blessings as this small family has rescue waiting here in Colorado.

This transport may go through!

Three wonderful pilots have volunteered and we will have a three leg transport on 1/31/09.

Will make a public thank you here once it all happens!
