Evan is a tan and white Toy Fox Terrier, all of six pounds. He was found as a stray in Palo Alto, and the Police and Animal Control thought enough him, though he may be blind and possibly have other neuro isssues, to contact TFTRescue. If they gave him a chance, we will too - Sandra is handing off to Maggie to Marge in Delano.
Then he just needs a lift to any airport in the Phx Metro area.
