I have a vision impaired dachshund needing a ride from Millington, TN to Blacksburg, VA on July 10th or 11th. Anyone available?

How large is the dachshund? Is he/she small enough to fit under the seat on a commercial flight?

He is about 25 pounds, so not sure if he would fit? I haven't been on a plane in 15 years! :-) I have pictures I can send to you!
