*DONE*Border Collie-Atlanta, GA -Hartford, CT

A red/white border collie, approx 40 pounds is in a kill shelter in GA and need to get him to his foster home in CT. The foster home will drive anywhere in CT to meet a pilot, where ever is most convient to the pilot.

I could fill a leg from Atlanta to somewhere further north, perhaps as far as the Washington DC area although preferrably not much farther than Raleigh Durham. Let me know if that will help.

I could do the northern end of the trip, my prefernce would be to pick up in Lancaster PA (LNS) and bring him up to Hartford (HFD). If need be I could stretch a little further south and make it Frederick, MD (FDK).

Just a thought, because it is difficult to coordinate two handoffs. If moski can get him to somewhere near CPK, I can fly him up the Eastern Shore to Dover, DE or into Southern NJ. Then maybe pharris could get him on to HFD. Saturday weather looks the best right now.

Does this way sound doable for everyone? If so, and Sat. is the best day for everyone, we'll plan on that, weather permitting of course. Please e-mail me so I can keep everyone involved together and know what each other are doing!

I'm not familiar with the abbreviations of the airports. Can someone tell me where one will pick up and drop off, so I can make sure I have a foster home in that area.

I can do Dover DE to Hartford on Saturday as long as I can be headed north soon after 2 PM, I don't want to get caught in the dark. Not sure if you can pull that off with the other legs in time to meet me. If you think you can I'am willing to give it a try.
