Hello all,

The latest forecast for Saturday in Dayton is 20mph gusting to the low 30's.... That's above my minimum
My home field is 02/20.. and I don't have enough time in the 182 to want to do a 20+ crosswind with those gusts.

Sunday looks windy further south... but not sure how accurate that is.

So today it was gusting to 35kts and moderate turbulence everywhere... Tmrw is supposed to be similar... It is above my personal minimums with that wind and new-to-me-plane..

Maybe later in the wk or next wkend?

regards,

Mike

No worry Mike, I drove and brought them back to Dayton tonight. Travis was available to fly to Little Rock this morning so I split the rest of the trip with two other drivers. It doesn't always come together this well with long-distance ground transports but I was fortunate that one of the adopters and her friend offered to help. I have to say It was gusting rather strongly at times. Driving through cross-winds, I could appreciate your decision to stay on the ground.

Regards,

Caroline

I just wanted to thank everyone that was involved in this rescue. I am the proud parent of the puppy involved. I attended a Luv4K9s event today and one of the volunteers told me that Pilots N Paws was involved. After a quick search I found this posting about Banjo and his mother. Thank you for everything you do!!!
