Postponed due to high winds in southern Florida. This transport needs to be re-posted as Americus, GA (KACJ) to Tampa (KVDF). It is 264nm and should only require one pilot that lives in northern Florida or Southern Georgia.

Hi Jeff,

I'm sorry this didn't work out for today as planned. We will request help again with this. A possiblity is that a close supporter of ours is adopting a dog from around Savannah, GA. This group has used PNP pilots before so we are hoping that it would be possible to combine transports and maybe pilots could meet in the middle.

I am planning on being in Bainbridge, GA at about 3pm on 3/28 to pick up Dooley and another pup. I will let everyone know more as Saturday draws near.

With weather conditions expected to be poor for the weekend, Dooley's transport was accomplished by alternative means (and some unexpected luck) late yesterday. Thank-you Jeff for trying so hard on his behalf. With so many dogs needing help we hope that one day we will get to meet you coming in with one of our rescues.
