Las Cruces, NM to Greenville, SC "ELMO" SP NEEDS PUP

ELMO is a 5 month old pup German Shepherd pup that was due to be euthanized tomorrow. No one wanted him because he was less than perfect . He appears to have Rickets and his pasterns and hocks are both totally luxated We are having "ELMO" pulled from the shelter and we need to get him from Las Cruces, New Mexico to Greenville, South Carolina, where he will be able to get the medical attention and treatment he needs. We are hoping this can be done sooner, rather than later, in an effort to prevent his condition from causing him permanent damage. It is a very long ground transport from Las Cruces, New Mexico to Greenville, SC. We thought of flying him on a commercial airliner, but he would get bounced around too much in excess baggage, with his condition. Can someone please help us "ELMO" to Greenville, SC so we can have him seen by specialists, ASAP! Thanks for any help you can give us!
