Jacksonville, FL to Cleveland, OH-DONE

Need Transport for a year old Chow that needs help getting to her forever home. She just finished HW treatment so flying would be easier than a long ground transport. I've never asked for help on here so I'm not sure what is needed of me. But if anyone can help email me at sweetgirl607@gmail.com Thanks for any help

I know its not for over a week,but I will be returning from Jacksonville.Fl. to Cleveland on Monday April,27 If nothing works out by then let me know.
