commerial flight for service dog from memphis to denver

I could so so use your help. I have been on a waiting list forever to get my service dog. I have Muscular dystrophy. They have finally found me a dog but its in Memphis tn. Is there anyone willing to help me get her home to Denver co where I live. she is a 3 year old very well behaved weimriener. only 53 lbs please contact me for more questions.
