I should be able to do this flight, provided the plane comes out of maintenance in time for this weekend. If not, definitely next weekend. E-mail sent.

BTW, the airport code for Kingston is 20N, not KUA.

Hi there,

I will cross my fingers that it can be Saturday...the boarding bill is racking up for the family...the son is trying to manage this from California.

Thanks,
Terri

OK, if it happens this weekend, Sunday is more likely than Saturday. I will let you know as soon as I clarify the situation with the plane. How much of advanced notice do you need, i.e. can I let you know by Friday or Sat. evening (for Sunday flight)?

Hi there
As soon as you can possibly let us know. We since we will need a plan B.
Please feel free to check in with your fellow club members too.

The volunteer driving to 20n is the woman boarding Teddy. She will appreciate as much notice as possible.

Also, please share your contact info, forgive me but I don't know you name Lumatech.

Thanks so much,
Terri Gerard, President

Hi Terri,

I e-mailed you my contact info (via site's email feature), let me know if you did not get it. I'll let you know as soon as I can clarify the situation with the plane.

BTW, do we need a crate for this dog to travel in, and if so - is there one available?

Hello,

I could probably do this trip on Friday, Oct. 12, if you'd like to keep me in mind as a backup for lumatech, or vice-versa. I am VFR only, so weather would need to be decent. I could be at Kingston by about 1:30 or later.

I'd like to know not later than 5 p.m. Thursday (Oct. 10) if you'd like me to plan on this.

Hi Brian,

Thank you so much. I will try to find a volunteer to meet you, Friday afternoon. I am working the evening shift Friday. I chose LEB since it close to me. I can meet you for sure Thursday late afternoon...does that work for you?

Thanks Terri

Terri,

Unfortunately, the airplane to which I have access is not available Thursday, as it is scheduled for maintenance.

On Friday, I am actually pretty flexible with the time. I'd want to depart from Lebanon before dark though.
