I just heard from a Billings pilot that is willing to do the middle leg. Since I'm not familiar with flight times can someone help me figure out a schedule for transfers? And if I can get phone numbers for everyone, we'll check the weather for each leg on Friday afternoon and decide if Saturday is a go. I can't thank all of you enough for being willing to help this girl out!

Instead of flying into Red Lodge, could you fly into Kbil? I have the Red Lodge/Casper leg and I'm based out of KBIL.

Sure. I just used Red Lodge because it was closest to being on the direct path for Boudler to Boulder. Just let me know where you want to meet at KBIL.

The earliest I could leave HLN is probably 9:00 AM. I could do this flight any day Friday through Monday weather permitting. My flight time from HLN to BIL should be about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

I can find the west end of BIL airport, but than's not very specific. Could Brandie provide me with an exact location I should plan to park after landing at BIL?

Okay, we'll plan on doing this Saturday or Sunday. I assume that pipeflyer can do the CPR to BDU leg on either day, correct piperflyer?

Can the person with the dog have it to HLN by 9:00 AM? I will fuel up upon arrival at HLN at the self service pumps at the base of the control tower and then park just to the west toward Vetter Aviation. Vetter Avaiton has a combination walk-thru gate. The person bringing the dog should park in the Vetter Aviation parking lot so that I can find you there. What is your cell phone and description of your vehicle?

The AOPA flight planner says this trip should take about 5 hours flying time, so the dog should be in Boulder CO around 3:00 PM. Here is a generous tenetative schedule:

9:00 - 10:15 HLN to BIL
10:15 - 10:45 BIL handover
10:45 - 12:45 BIL to CPR
12:45 - 1:15 CPR handover
1:15 - 3:15 CPR to BDU

I see the T-hangars parallel to taxiway Hotel. Is T-hangar #2 on the east or west end of the T-hangar structure? I will call your cell phone just prior to my departure from HLN.
