Ive already spoken to the sending contact, Beth and will most likely pick the dog up tomorrow on my way back from Tallahassee. I will update once this is confirmed. It just depends if they can have the dog ready for transport by 5:30 :)

Hi Daniel, sorry for all the confusion - I have been sick and just back to work. IF you can still fly, this is what we are looking for.
Is there any way we can coordinate a flight (s)

1st part from Bainbridge, Ga to Atlanta or Lawrenceville?
Then the 2nd part from either Atlanta or Lawrenceville to Raleigh-Durham?

Have a total of 4 dogs that need to go to the same place, but if we can only get two now, we'll take it!!

Have 2 very sweet Pointer boys, "Waylon" and "Conger" (about 50 lbs ea) that need Transport from the Bainbridge Shelter, Bainbridge, Ga to Pointer Rescue in Raleigh-Durham, NC.

Sending contact is Beth Eck: 1-229-246-0101 shelter, 1-229-254-5202 cell (can text).
Email: [email protected].

Receiving contact is Patricia Nichols: 1-919-260-3106, 1-919-668-8399.
Email: [email protected].

Volunteer Transport Coordinator Cathy Ellsworth at: [email protected].
1-850-443-1065 cell (can text).

Pick up at KBGE (31717-Decatur Industrial Airpark) to KRDU (27612-Raleigh Durham International Airport). Crate or tether needed. Any day is good. Great if someone can fly all the way, but okay if we need to have 2 pilots.

Maybe one from Bainbridge, Ga to Atlanta, Ga (KPDK-30341-Dekalb-Peachtree Airport) or Lawrenceville, Ga (KLZU-30045-Gwinnett Airport) and then from Lawrenceville to Raleigh-Durham? Also have 2 other dogs (40 lbs, 35 lbs) in Vidalia, Ga (KVDI-30436-Vidalia Reg Airport)that need flight all the way to Raleigh-Durham too. Contact for Vidalia dogs is Holly Reynolds: 1-912-539-9840. Email: [email protected].

Let us know if do able?

We also have 2 labs (50 lbs ea) to get from Bainbridge, Ga to Atlanta, Ga to Atlanta Dog Squad

Thanks
Cathy :-)

Unfortunately, my plane will be grounded for a week or so until I can get this alternator/battery thing figured out. Once I get everything fixed, I can probably arrange a flight for at least one of the labs if still necessary. Again, sorry about the hiccup before. It would not have been safe to land and take off again with a faulty electric system.

Take care, Daniel
