DONE! Grand Island, NE (68801) to Hudson, WI (54016)

I have 2 cocker spaniel puppies that need to be transported from a shelter in Grand Island, NE to rescue in Hudson, WI. A pilot (n789sd) is picking them up today in NE and will bring them to me in Sioux Falls, SD.

The final destination of the pups is Hudson, WI, but they can also be picked up by the rescue in Rochester, MN or the Minneapolis area. If anyone is available to deliver the pups from Sioux Falls, SD to one of the possible destinations please let me know. They will be temp fostered by me so there is no set date for the transport.

And a great guy. I did a transport with him on Easter weekend.

Forrest and I have been sending a couple of notes back and forth, if the weather holds he'd like to take the Sioux Falls leg. If not I can fly it. I'm also working a couple of rescues out of Iowa up to MN on Sunday, but what the heck, I could use a few extra hours.

I'm available to drop the dogs off between 1:00 and 3:00 Thursday afternoon. Will that work for anyone? Otherwise I'm open Friday afternoon, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday.

OK - Let's shoot for 1:00. What's the closest airport for you? Sioux Falls is the obvious choice. Tea has a great little field as well.

Forrest sent me a note, and he has a conflict for the Sioux Falls leg. I'll handle it, but would have to delay the pick up of the pups in Sioux Falls until after Thursday. I can pick them up any time after that, but would prefer to do it Sunday pm. I'm flying a rescue out of eastern Iowa Sunday, and could go over to Sioux Falls get the pups, drop off the earlier rescue in Buffalo, then off to Rochester with the pups (Baron's speed is handy sometimes).

I sent you an email, if this is unworkable for you, let me know, and I can arrange something else.

Oh yeah, and by the way, if they need to be in Hudson, then that's where I can drop them off.... only a few minutes from RST....

Thanks Don, I sent you an email about the dogs you are transporting on Sunday. I want to be sure that the puppy (one has been adopted here in Sioux Falls) has had all of his shots if he is going to be exposed to other dogs, especially if they are coming from a shelter. Otherwise Sunday works fine too.
